Another weekend at @vosstagerace in the books!

🥇Enzo Edmonds – 1st in the 17-18 JR M Road Race and Criterium
🥇Matthew Crabbe – 1st in the 15-16 JR M Criterium

Hot Tubes took five of the top ten spots in the General Classification at the Valley of the Sun Stage Race over the weekend. Despite dominating performances by Edmonds and Crabbe, the sentiment remains: It’s all about the team.

“Enzo would’ve had a much harder time winning today if he were by himself,” said Hot Tubes coach Toby Stanton. “When you have a strong team, you know they’re going to take care of it, and you relax.

Edmonds– a Hot Tubes veteran who led off with an aggressive start to his final junior season– echoed Stanton.

“Even guys you didn’t see at the finish were helping the whole race,” Edmonds said. “It’s because of their efforts that I wasn’t the only one closing down every attack. I was able to sit in and save energy for the finish.”

Crabbe– who repped the National Championship jersey as he crossed the finish line on Sunday– said he looks forward to the growth of the team dynamic that developed over the weekend.

Congratulations to our very own Enzo Edmonds who kicked off 2025 with two victories at the Next Generation race in Apeldoorn over the weekend of Jan. 10-12!🥇

Friday brought their first win, with Edmonds and his team clutching the victory in the Team Pursuit with a lightning fast finish of 4:02:34 in the final.

After taking second place in the elimination race on Saturday, Edmonds closed out the weekend with another win for Team USA with teammate Ashlin Barry in the Madison on Sunday.

With the Junior Track World Championships taking place in Apeldoorn August of 2025, this race provides riders with an unofficial test run to see how they fare against teams from all over the world. Edmonds– a 15x national champion– says his biggest goal this year is competing in the Paris-Roubaix in April.

AJ August earned his fourth National Championship title in the Time Trial this week. 💥💥💥💥(Criterium and Cyclocross in '22, and TT in '21 as a 15/16). In dominating fashion, AJ was instrumental in every victory we achieved at these National Championships.
